Consulting services to improve tax administration and public expenditure management are required.
Characteristics of the consultancy:
- Define and implement the harmonization of the new accounting catalog with the budgetary classifiers and the processes linked to the Integrated System of Financial Administration of the State (SIAFE) [1].
- Definition and elaboration of the conceptual and functional model of the accounts receivable module of the Dominican Government.
- Assistance in the definition of the legal framework, the conceptual model and functional model of the National Assets management system.
- Definition and elaboration of the conceptual and functional model of the consumer goods inventory module.
